Key Responsibilities
1. Regulatory & Statutory Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations,and guidelines governing NBFCs, including RBI directions, circulars, and master guidelines.
• Stay continuously updated on regulatory developments and proactively assess their impact on the organization.
• Act as the primary point of contact with regulators, auditors, and statutory authorities.
2. SOP Design & Scalable Compliance Framework
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance group-wide SOPs for:
• RBI compliance
• Secretarial compliance
• Regulatory reporting
• Internal controls and governance
• Ensure SOPs are standardized, scalable, and aligned with business growth.
• Periodically review SOPs to reflect regulatory or operational changes.
3. Policy Drafting & Governance
• Draft, review, and update internal policies to ensure alignment with:
• Regulatory requirements
• Risk appetite
• Business objectives
• Work closely with Product, Risk, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure effective policy implementation and communication.
• Present policy updates and compliance status to Senior Management and the Board.
4. Automation & Digital Enablement
• Leverage digital tools to:
• Automate regulatory filings and returns
• Maintain statutory registers and records
• Reduce manual dependency and compliance risk
• Institutionalize compliance dashboards, trackers, and MIS for real-time monitoring.
• Implement internal audit checklists and compliance scorecards.
5. Complaint Monitoring & Ombudsman Handling
• Oversee complaints received through the RBI Ombudsman portal and other regulatory channels.
• Coordinate investigation, response, and timely resolution of complaints.
• Analyse complaint trends to identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure customer grievance handling aligns with regulatory expectations and service standards. Document & Record Management
• Establish and maintain a robust document management framework to ensure: o Accurate record-keeping o Easy retrieval for audits and inspections
• Compliance with document retention policies
• Facilitate internal, statutory, and regulatory audits with complete documentation readiness.
6. Internal Audit, Monitoring & Risk Control
• Institutionalize internal compliance reviews and periodic audits.
• Identify gaps, non-compliances, and root causes; drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Track closure of audit observations and regulatory action points.
• Act as a key contributor to enterprise risk management from a compliance lens.
7. Strengthening Shareholder & Regulator Confidence
• Ensure transparent, consistent, and timely compliance reporting.
• Build credibility with regulators, investors, and board members through strong governance practices.

Key Responsibilities
1. Treasury & Fund Management
• Support fundraising activities including Term Loans, NCDs, ECBs, and securitization (DA/PTC).
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities and documentation.
• Monitor loan utilization, repayment schedules, and ensure timely servicing of obligations.
• Track and ensure compliance with lending covenants and post-disbursement requirements.
2. ALM, Risk & Regulatory Compliance
• Monitor and prepare ALM reports and assist in ALCO discussions.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations including CRAR, LCR, and other NBFC norms.
• Support preparation and submission of regulatory reports within timelines.
3. Data Analytics & Reporting
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports using Excel / Power BI.

4. Process Improvement

Key Responsibilities
1.Investor Outreach & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of HNIs, family offices, angel investors, VCs, and institutional investors
• Be the primary point of contact for all investor communications — responsive, clear, and always value-adding
• Proactively identify and pursue new investor targets through networking, events, and referrals
2. Storytelling & Pitching
• Own the Finkurve pitch — articulate our vision, traction, and roadmap in a way that excites and convinces
• Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, memos, and one-pagers
• Translate complex financial and business data into narratives that resonate with a diverse investor audience
3. Investor Updates & Reporting
• Coordinate and distribute regular investor updates — monthly newsletters, quarterly business reviews, milestone announcements
• Ensure investors always feel in the loop and confident about the company & trajectory
• Maintain an accurate, organized investor CRM and document all touchpoints
4. Events, Roadshows & Networking
• Represent Finkurve at startup events, investor summits, demo days, and fintech conferences
• Organize and host investor calls, site visits, and roundtables
• Constantly be out in the market — attending, speaking, connecting, and evangelizing Finkurve
5. Fundraising Support
• Collaborate closely with founders during fundraising rounds — coordinating due diligence, term sheet follow-ups, and closing processes
• Maintain data room integrity and ensure all investor materials are current and compelling
• Build warm pipelines for future funding rounds well in advance
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work with the product, finance, and strategy teams to extract the right data points and milestones for investor communication
• Align with leadership on messaging, positioning, and investor strategy

• Assess training effectiveness regularly through post-training assessments, feedback, and product proficiency tests, targeting a minimum benchmark improvement in participant scores.
• Tailor training sessions to different employee levels (frontline, mid-level, senior management) to ensure maximum comprehension and application of product knowledge.
2.Product Knowledge Proficiency
• Stay up-to-date with detailed knowledge of all Augmont products, market trends, and the competitive landscape to deliver accurate, insightful training.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to update training content within 10 working days of any new product launch or update.
• Develop clear and accessible training materials such as product guides, FAQs, process workflows, and video tutorials to support continuous learning.
3. Training Delivery Efficiency
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions across all departments, ensuring 95%+ coverage of targeted employees within the scheduled timeframe.
• Leverage digital tools and innovative learning techniques (e.g., gamified modules, role-play simulations) to increase engagement and retention.

1. Drive Lead Generation through Strategic BTL Activations
Plan and execute BTL marketing activations aimed at increasing Net Customer Acquisition (NCA) by 10%.
Identify and recommend innovative BTL branding and activation ideas based on on-ground market insights.
Collaborate with regional sales and branch teams to ensure effective city-specific marketing execution.
Ensure timely rollout and smooth implementation of marketing campaigns across the zone.
2. Leverage Market Insights for Competitive Advantage
Conduct monthly competition analysis to track market trends, competitor campaigns, and industry insights.
Identify opportunities and gaps in the market to improve marketing strategies.
Submit a detailed trend analysis report by the 5th of every month to support strategic marketing decisions.
3. Enhance Branch-Level Marketing Execution
Visit a minimum of 8 branches per month to understand marketing requirements and gather feedback from branch teams.
Improve branch branding and marketing outputs by coordinating with the central marketing team.
Ensure implementation of branding and marketing requirements within a Turnaround Time (TAT) of 15 days.
Establish and monitor a standardized process for branch rebranding to maintain brand consistency.
4. Strengthen Customer Engagement and Brand Advocacy
Collect at least 2 customer or franchise partner video testimonials per month to enhance brand credibility.
Ensure testimonials are captured with good visual and audio quality and aligned with brand storytelling guidelines.
